What we do
for communities

Connection and care create better outcomes for all.
Seipp Construction is a responsible operator, enabling better community outcomes through careful consultation and communication, and empathetic project management. We are committed to community safety and wellbeing, and driven to protect and enhance the local environment.
Minimising inconvenience and managing expectations
A large infrastructure project can be variously noisy, messy and disruptive for people living nearby. We do our best to minimise inconvenience through smart operational management and constant communication with residents. We are committed to community safety and wellbeing.
Fostering community trust and cooperation
Seipp’s community outreach begins long before any equipment moves in or site work begins. We take time to consult and understand the unique needs and concerns of locals, and factor this into our project planning. Best-practice stakeholder engagement involves transparency to foster trust and cooperation between the community and other project stakeholders.

Excellent communication throughout
To ensure local residents and businesses are kept well informed at every stage, we use multiple communications channels – from notices on community Facebook groups to letterbox drops and community meetings. This is a two-way process. We constantly monitor for feedback, and remain available and responsive to local people throughout the life of the project.
Leaving things better than before
We are careful and considerate. In project planning, we prioritise the preservation and enhancement of community assets such as green spaces and trees. Our team will often go a step further to make a positive contribution – helping residents with moving a tree, or using our gear to help local schools and community groups. We are committed to creating a better outcome for all.
